Sagar earned an M.C.S from Pune University and an MBA from Germany. Sagar works with marketers to show them how to use technology to increase traffic, lead quality and revenue. He is passionate about marketing technology and its inter-relation to demand generation. Sagar is an experienced sales, marketing and project management professional with 20 years of service in North America, Africa, Europe and Asia, working closely in the fields of technology, customer service, business-to-business sales and marketing.
Biju has over 20 years in business to business marketing which includes business development, sales enablement, product promotions/launches, sales promotion, marketing communication, brand management and public relations. His specialities include strategic marketing, sales enablement, market segment management, digital marketing, content marketing, lead/demand generation, campaign planning and execution and start-up and student mentoring. He also has a good working knowledge of customer analytics and BI.
Aniket has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing and has worked with various brands like Mercedes Benz and Tech Mahindra. He brings solid insights to our marketing campaigns and has worked in the UAE for more than five years. He has specialized in sales processes, marketing process, content generation, lead qualification and management, market analysis, integration of sales CRM and marketing automation.
Vineet is a chartered accountant and MBA from Steinbeis University Germany, having 17+ years of experience of which 10+ years in have been in IT consulting with various organizations. Vineet co-founded the start-up, Urbanbonds.com, which provided Software as a service (SaaS) solutions. He has also worked within business analytics, business process assessment, analyses and process improvements. He has experience in managing multiple projects and large teams.
Sushil is the Chief Growth Officer at Comsense Consulting. Sushil comes with close to 20 years of multi-industry experience. From working with Fortune 500 companies to being a serial entrepreneur, Sushil has excelled in transforming organizations by ensuring high focus on 3 key elements – people, process and technology. He has vast experience of working with different geographies specially India, Middle East, and the US. While he has performed excellently well in multiple industries, BFSI and Retail excite him the most. Sushil has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Pune University and was one of the top ranker of his batch.
Altaf comes with more than 18 years of experience across various domains and tech-driven organizations. He has been a part of Comsense in some way or form from its inception. With him officially onboarded a couple of years back, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth with the experience that he brings in. He is currently managing all the larger cross-country programs across 20+ countries all the while keeping the clients happy. With his key competencies like strategy, delivery management and people management and more importantly, his non-aversion to getting his hands dirty, he has been able to carve out a space for himself in the company. Going forward, as Head of Products, he will be responsible for productization of the company’s existing solutions, by tackling some of the challenges that these inherit. He is known for not being easily perturbed or disheartened and his smile and happy attitude has always been infectious and brings happiness and contentment to the teams and clients that he works with. No doubt, making him one of the favourites among the team.
Amit is the digital transformation specialist at Comsense Technologies. As one of the oldest and key members of the organization, he acts as the perfect bridge between technology and business. He is a believer of the thought that ‘every business problem can be solved using technology’. He manages Data, BI and Marketing programs for critical customers specially in the B2C domain. He has a special focus on e-commerce, government organizations, retail and transport industry. He is our go-to guy for Strategic Ideation, Marketing Transformation Programs, Marketing Automation Challenges and any business problem that needs best-in-class, innovative, and comprehensive tech solutions. Amit is a favourite with most of the team members due to his approachable nature and astute business understanding.
A veteran at Comsense, Sushant is the one on whom most of us rely for efficient solutions. A marketing technologist, DLT Integration Specialist and an experienced Analyst, he has a keen eye for gap analysis and providing relevant solutions and products. He has a special focus on efficiency improvement products and is the brain and muscle behind Comsense’s leading product ‘KleanMail’. Sushant believes that the world can witness development much faster if everyone participated in efficient knowledge sharing which he himself practices much. He is also one of the key members of the CSR committee at Comsense and in his personal life, a major contributor to social causes.
Karan loves to create and implement Use Cases for business profits for our clients. He is a phenomenal performer who has spent most of his career at Comsense and thus deeply understands the MarTech business domain, data science, and integration. He is a MarTech Consultant and focusses on the B2B market. His business acumen has helped Comsense grow in various industries like BFSI, retail, e-commerce, Healthcare and Media. Karan is our inhouse Sports star who is always up for a good game of cricket or football. He pushes most of us towards sports and fitness because he believes that it is only in a healthy body that a healthy mind can reside. Karan is amongst the very few people at Comsense who have been awarded the Employee of the quarter on multiple occasions. Due to his deep association with the company, he is a true reflection of the culture and persona of Comsense Technologies.
Omkar believes in hard work and perseverance and has his entire career focussed on product development and engineering services. He enables Integration between systems and platform building and providing engineering services across all verticals of the organization. He is tech geek who is familiar as well as an expert with most of the latest technologies. He continually works at upgrading his skill set to be able to adapt to the ever-evolving technology ecosystem. He has a strong focus on Software development, Application Building, Database Design, and Solution Architecture. He also focusses on selling the Comsense’s Engineering Services as an independent offering to the market.
Bhakti is our omni-channel marketing specialist who exactly knows how to get things done. She is unique in her thought process and meticulous in her execution. She possesses deep business understanding and maintains a high focus on revenue generation through omni-channel marketing. She is a MarTech domain expert with hands-on experience in consulting, solutioning, delivery, and Cross-selling with top global brands. Bhakti is a critical pillar in the success of Comsense with her Subject Matter Expertise and capability to find unique solutions to business problems. Ideating and executing campaigns, identifying loop holes and providing solutions are just some ways by which she gets her daily dose of excitement.
In a short span of 2.5 years with Comsense, Vishnu has grown from our senior data Scientist to the Head of Business for Data and BI vertical. He has a Master’s Degree in Big Data from Stirling University, UK and is a core data enthusiast who aims to extract maximum value from available data sets. He has worn multiple hats like Data Scientist, Analyst, Project Manager, and Techno sales specialist at Comsense and in his previous organizations. He is hands-on with the latest technologies like Python, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. He helps our clients make powerful decisions by assisting them with deeper data driven business insights.
Our Co Founder and CEO, Mr. Sagar Babar helms the Comsense CSR initiative.Under this initiative, Siddheshwar Shikshan Sanstha (SSS), a non-profit organization founded in 2008,provides quality education in English medium for children in rural parts of Maharashtra.
As a first step , SSS has started Dnyanankur English medium school in a small and needy village, Alegaon, in Solapur district of Maharashtra, India.Today over 170 students study there acquiring pre-primary education, up to 5th grade.
SSS also sponsors a school kit (School Uniform, Shoes, Socks, School Bag, Book Set, and Yearly Calendar) to every child of the school.
Our school is the first one to introduce theme based learning. We believe in learning through real life experience. School organises field visits such as farms, Zoo, bus station, railways station, vegetable market. Activity based teaching and learning.
